Staff is great and food isn't bad. Overcrowded.

Panera is a nice, well polished business with good food and good ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's good for a quick bite of Powell prepared food. I recomend them to hungry people.

Tuscan chicken sandwich is insane! Don't forget about the cookie.

Friendly cashier, food was delayed and 2 errors in the order. Food quality was very good though.

Normally this location is pretty good with our order but today they gave us a wilted salad and my grilled cheese sandwich was suppose to have avocado and it didn't. Neither is to say my fiancee and me weren't to happy.

Watched the place melt down on Friday Nov 8, 2019. Honestly felt terrible for the employees. Perhaps the first Panera in history to run out of bread. Completely a managerial issue.

Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Groton Panera. My girlfriend always orders the same salad, whole chicken ceaser no cheese xtra chicken 8 dressing and everything on the side. She placed the phone order with the same employee “ Doreen”. When I got to the store I always dbl check. The salad had all kinds of berries and walnuts? I tried telling her the order was wrong and Doreen snapped at me and said I was wrong. After she started to argue she got mad and had it made correctly. I tod her she charged me for the wrong order. She proceeded to take the money from her own pocket. To me this is wrong. We will be finding another Panera.

The food was good. I like the loyalty program. Staff is always polite.

Staff was fabulous buy Paneras decision to discontinue selling clam chowder in New England in January is a disgrace!

Website said Groton store Open Sunday 1100-700P; however, we placed on line order then drove to Panera. CLOSED!

Very cold inside, music to loud, tables dirty. Very low choice of bagels. No butter, and bread was burnt. I am not a complainer but this was rediculous!! Good luck, I won't be back!

Panera is a fresh option from the burgers up and down "Hamburger Hill" with a bowl of French Onion soup and half of a Grilled Cheese with Bacon. Instead of French fries a nice chilled Apple. Finally an option that is healthy without the time of having to be seated, take an order, get lunch, get the check. The simplicity of a burger but finally a healthy lunch.

Always get service with a smile here. Repeat customer!

They really struggle with customer service here. Myself and another customer stood in front of an employee waiting for her to recognize us and respond to our questions. I’ll stick to The Waterford location.

One of us eats dairy- and gluten-free. Clerk very helpfully made suggestions, cheerfully changed our order, and comped us an item. Service was fast, soup hot, salad with fruits were all fresh, breads reportedly delicious. Long line moved very quickly.

Worst experience ever. For Panera being so expensive this location is far by the worst. Unprofessional smells like weed in the back of the restaurant. Zero customer service in that location and they don’t pay attention to their orders.

Stopped in for a souffle for breakfast. We'e had a ham and a spinach souffles YUM! Followed them up with a couple of blueberry scones (lightly sweet and fluffy). Staff was awesome!

Today was my first time at a Panera outlet. I was handed my order as soon as I arrived. They paid absolute attention to the pick up instruction I had left in the app. 10/10 service. I forgot to ask the name of the staff member who served me. But she was absolutely great and delightful attitude. Thank you again..

Really nice people. Even when they are out of something they try so hard to make your trip good and make up for it. And very quick.

They have really tasty food to say the least but sometimes for the price it’s not that filling for the portions you get. So choose wisely when ordering.

Stopped by this Panera for a quick dinner. They didn't have the bread that was supposed to come with my sandwiches but I was offered alternatives instead. There's also a conference room within the establishment. Bathroom was kept very tidy and the dining area were kept clean as well.

The soup, salad and sandwiches were good and tasty. Very disappointed in the virtual lack of pastry. Lots of bread choices but only a few cookies (total) to choose from. Very slim pickings. That was about 4 in the afternoon. Person at the register was efficient but not overly friendly. Food prepared fairly quickly.

Thai large salad was delicious - huge! Side of bread crisp and tender. Only 4 stars bc I felt rushed at the counter when giving my order, although she was polite.

Great food but messed up on my online order. I called and they kept me on hold and forgot about me.

Seems pricey for soup salad and sandwich but it's good food and worth it.

It was so busy, and one individual was laying on three chairs and did not offer for others to sit, meanwhile other couples were sitting with individuals they didn't know so they could eat. The servers didn't even offer to help with the situation.

Yumny yummy food in my tummy...But why the f$%& dont they serve breakfast all day? It is the weekend, and I want to sleep in.

Never disappointed with this location. Their baked goods are always fresh and priced well. They are always friendly and welcoming.

Food is reliable normally. But takeout service at this location has been recently very poor. The last TWO times in a row I ordered ham and cheese sandwich with no greens. BOTH times I got sandwich with NO cheese and extra greens. The order slips clearly and accurately showed what I ordered. This is UNACCEPTABLE service.

Be nice if they paid more attention to the customer instead of THEIR conversations. They have very good food, though ...

Never liked Panera, don't get the hype. Panera claims to be fresh food but every time I've eaten at a Panera the food tasted like it came out of a bucket. The store in Waterford, CT had flies and gnats in the food case at the counter.

Food doesn't really change in a chain store but this is my local shop, go there often. Always get a good meal and staff has always been friendly.

Let's say you have a company idea. Here's their idea. Goes scarce on avocado orders and let's not try the food before selling it. It's a bread place. In the name. Cant even deny it. But jesus they have the toughest bread I've ever had. I still order from there cause it's easy but everything is very. Very. Seasoned. With useless stuff. I got the mac n cheese and lord did they load me up on soggy mac noodles and CILANTRO.

Usual Panera. Fresh, good. First store as you enter an L-shaped plaza. Lots of stop signs, so keep your eyes open.
